Class Descriptions

VINYASA FLOW: A Mixed-level class linking movement with breath. The classes are kept at a steady pace, with continual cues and adjustments. Beginners are welcome.

HOT VINYASA: This mixed level flow combines basic and advanced poses offering modifications. This is a well-balanced class and great way to increase your heart rate, expand lung capacity, improve balance, strengthen core muscles and increase flexibility. Infrared heaters and humidifiers will be used to increase room temperature. The temperature is 90 degrees, warming up your muscles, facilitating stretching, and detoxification of impurities in the body.

POWER MIXED: Power Vinyasa Flow, linking breath with movement. This flow has creative sequences, opportunity to explore poses to their fullest expression, and offers modifications for intermediate students.

SLOW FLOW: Vinyasa at a slower pace, helpful for building your yoga muscles, and simple enough for beginners to follow without getting lost.

LSD (Long, Slow, Deep): Exactly as it sounds, this class will allow you to really settle into each pose, bringing a beautiful mix of stretching and relaxation. A Great option for Beginners!

VITAL VITALS: Perfect for Beginners, this class is geared toward new students with simplistic instruction and assistance if needed. More advanced yogis can also benefit from this class as an opportunity to work on alignment and refine the basics.

CHILLAX: Dynamic Vinyasa flow with longer held poses that focus on strength building then releasing stress and increasing flexibility throughout the entire body. Class is a perfect blend of both worlds, half Vinyasa and half Deep Stretch. This class is appropriate for those who have some experience with Vinyasa or other flow styles of yoga.
